Hello, question if anyone has ran into this and maybe has a solution. I have an iPhone 5S running 9.0.2. When I sync to iTunes (I sync to my computer running the current iTunes 12.3), the apps I updated during the week thru the App Store app do not copy over to my computer. I heard one possible solution was to manually select "Transfer purchases" under File>Devices but that's not working either.
I think it may have something to do with iOS 9.0.2. My iPad 3 is still running 8.4.2, and I just synced it... Step 6 in the sync process was "Transferring purchases from ..." as it normally does and it correctly updated 44 apps.
Anyone have any tips here on actually getting it to work and update correctly? Thanks very much in advance.
