I'm a bigger fellow who has been trying endlessly to lose some weight now that summer has made its way back around. I was looking for an app that could track my daily activities (walks, bike rides, hikes, etc), and I tried dozens until I found Slife.
Have any of you folks use this before? It's great. I'm hooked already, haha.
It tracks all my daily movements so I know exactly how much exercise I'm getting, recommends how much exercise I should be getting, and best of all, it keeps my chunky butt in line! :D
If you're like me, you should probably check it out. You know the drill, just search the App Store for Slife. It's fun and free.
(Now I just have to not glue myself to the couch with a bag of chips again :shake:)
