Sound Check mystery problem solved i think

i cant remember where i was talking about my problem with sound check, but im understanding the problem more. Sound check doesnt seem to work on music i downloaded from Amazon. i read somewhere you can right click the song file and "on tje Get Info. On the left side there should be something with dB, either - or +. This will show the volume increase or decrease."
but i found nothing like that on my "Get Info" menu.
