disconnection from the internet.

i dont know its the internet or what. but i can not get anything pulled up on my google chrome browser app on my ipad. internets slow on my computer but i put it on a low power connection. its slower but working, but anyway back to the pad, "This site can't be reached" is all i get on my app on my ipad. it doesnt work on low power. facebook app works messanger app works youtube and netflix app, works but very slow. but the google chrome pad, not at all. is there anything i can do on my pad to make it work?
