Something wrong with my iTunes account I think.

I reset my iPad because the streaming data was taking over the thing even though I had next to nothing on it. When I signed back into my iTunes account on my iPad everything was fine for awhile, then today I have to sign in EVERY time I watch a purchased video. So, I thought I'd move to my PC and try watching on the actual iTunes and seeing if it was normal I can watch videos there, and listen to music as well. The reason I'm asking here is, for some reason I can't ask anything on the iTunes support communities and didn't know where else to go. I keep getting a warning that says "you can't post here" for some reason. I've contacted Apple about my account issue and hope they respond, but until then has anyone got an answer for this sudden weirdness? By the way, is there an easier way of clearing streaming data off your various iDevices?
