Jailbreak delete iCloud Account ?

ipod touch 5g A1421 black... i have fount this but the number to call is invalid and i cannot contact the owner.. i need a method to delete icloud account i reset this with itunes but this continue asking icloud account and asking to call for the number the invalid number LoL:confused::confused:
