App is forcing itself to install when syncing to iTunes

I hope this hasn't been discussed in other threads. If it has, my apologies for starting another thread. I just can't think of the proper search terms.







iPhone 6 on iOS 8.1 sycning to iTunes 12.0.1.26, but I think this problem was happening on my old 5S and earlier software and I didn't put it together until now.



The Problem:

When I connect my phone to iTunes and sync, the Houzz app is forcing itself to install. I've deleted it from my phone. In the Apps section of iTunes I make sure that its not showing WILL INSTALL, but, still, every time it gets to that point it insists on forcing itself to install.







I've Googled around and I'm not finding anything on this kind of problem.



Any help is appreciated, but please dumb it down. As you can probably tell from my description of the problem I'm not a computer or Apple genius.
