ipad ios 8.4 email

Since installing iOS 8.4 I can't send emails from my iPad air. When I try to, I get a message "Unable to send email. A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The recipient " shows my email address" was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying"
Is this a common problem? Help please!
