Moved From Ireland To USA. iTunes Nightmare!

Hi All,

I've moved from the Ireland to the US. I have a big problem with iTunes. Being on a new IP address at my new home, iTunes naturally wants to confirm my payment, ect to ensure I'm not being hacked. Sadly, I lost my wallet and all Irish credit cards almost a soon as I got here (Fell out of my pocket in a cafe). This means, I can not confirm my credit card as I can not remember the security code.

What I would like to do is change my region to US and simply add my US credit card. This seems impossible at the moment though, as I have €0.07 in my account. I can not buy anything for that price, and I can not add funds with my lost credit card.

As I also use and iPhone, it means I can not download any new apps!

As you guess, this is very frustrating! Can anyone offer any help?
