Is there a reliable Lightning externder out there?

I use an Incipio Dualpro case on my 5s. I like it a lot, but I can't plug in my Lightning equipped external storage device while the case is on. I don't want to remove the case every time I want to use the storage device. I need a Lightning to Lightning extender of some sort - either a cable or adapter. Does anyone know of anything of this type that works reliably? I found this
