Itunes Italy

I am trying to purchase some Italian music only available on the Italian ITunes. I have accessed the site and setup another user name and password and used a credit card but when I try to purchase the album it brings me back to the US ITunes. I then try to exit the store and log in with the Italian account and it doesn't recognize it because I am stuck on the US ITunes. I am in a loop.
