This is probably a stupid question, but everything related to photos on iCloud is confusing me. How can I tell for sure whether the thing I'm using is iCloud Photo Library or My Photo Stream? I know I have the photo library turned on, but I think the only photos showing up on my PC through iCloud are from the photo stream rather than everything that's theoretically in iCloud. I'm running out of storage and having a hard time figuring out how to manage iCloud storage from my PC (ideally, moving photos to local storage on my PC and removing them from iCloud in one action, which...is exactly what I can do with every other cloud-storage service I've used, so I don't know why I'm having so much trouble with this one).
