Hi everyone,
well all was working well and then just as I was about to log off and chill out the ipod went wobbly.
The ipod has no music on it that is visible. However the about settings state that it is 148gb full, though clicking to the next page shows that there are 0 songs, 0 artists, etc...
Upon connecting to iTunes I am told that the ipod needs to be restored, but when I go through that process I am told that software is missing, or error 1429 / 1439.
Windows, upon right clicking for properties states the ipod is empty and doesn't recognise the ipod name, just refers to it as disk drive g: etc... If I double click the drive icon I am prompted to format the drive.
If anyone can give me a heads up on what's happening here I'd appreciate it. I have had no issues prior and it's been running fine all day long.
