Two libraries on one computer

My wife's computer died and we decided we would use my computer to keep both my and my wife's iTunes libraries. I have a iPod, iPhone, and iPad, and my wife has the same. Is there a way to keep my iTunes from my wife's if we use the same computer.

As an additional question, how do I move my wife library that is on her devices to my computer and restore her library from her devices to my computer. I am not sure if I phrased it right. Basically. How to move my wife iTunes library from her devices to my computer
