Im not sure where to put this. i was reading somewhere you can rencode mp3s to a lower bitrate but its best to do it from the highesy 320. i alway knew there was a way but the only way i could do it is rip the file to a CD and rip it back and it would be a lower 255 bitrate. but apparently there are esier ways, i just can not find out how. apparently you have to download some kind of software?
