I own an iPad Air 64gb . I wanted to transform my iPad into a multi-tasking device with added protection, style and most importantly a keyboard since I type many documents. That's when I discovered New Trent's AirBender Pro. I found more PRO'S than CON's with this case. After waiting a good amount of time and reading through every single review from and other various sites, I decided this was the best bang for the buck and I ordered this case. I found that by using this case it gave me the freedom to be more mobile with my big investment (iPad). Which is what most of want! Not to mention, this case is actually top rated iPad Air case. I was just sold!
Here's what I found:
Pros:
-Easy to setup and very fast connection setup-It's almost ready to go out of the box
-The 'chiclet' keyboard keys are larger than most of it's competitors making it easy to type
-Extremely protective - similar hard inner layer and a soft outer layer dual case- very similar to it's competitors -covers all the holes, comes with a screen protector
-Easy to use
-Detachable iPad from keyboard! (This was awesome for me - I love this function)
-Great for moving around and bringing iPad around
-Good grip on case
-CAPS lock led indicator light
-Charges by a universal micro USB cord
-High quality screen protector is provided
-Case is water, shock, drop and dirt resistant
-Ipad can turn into landscape or portrait mode with this case
-Many useful control functions button for the iPad such as copy/paste and play/pause
-There are sleep/wake magnets built in
-Keyboard is very thin (not bulky)
-Keyboard battery does have a long life (Have yet to see the battery run low on a single charge)
CON:
-The protective screen doesn't seem to fit as tight as some of the other competitors. Meaning it seems a little loose. I hope NewTrent fixes this. It' doesn't hinder the performance of the product at all
-I would like to see backlit keys on the keyboard for night time usage
This case is really going to simplify your busy life while adding protection, comfort, peace of mind protection and style. It is worth every penny.
