I have been searching for a tool to help me track appointments, product presentation and resulting product sales. Here is what I am seeking. I feel like the CRM tools have too many features I won't use, are too costly or too hard to setup. I think maybe a user created database that has reminder features might work best.
Here is what I need:
iCloud/Web based so I can access some parts via my iphone
Company / Contact List to track who I meet with
Ability to list all my products
Ability to designate the outcome of the meeting - sale made, follow-up or dead in the water
Ability to set reminders based to follow up
Ability to pull reports based on appointments, products in follow-up stage and products placed
If this doesn't fall under this forum and anyone has any ideas please direct me to a better website or forum. I have spent hours trying to find something
