Cannot install iOS 7.1.2 iCloud not backing up quickly enough

Hi Guys



So I was wondering, I have been having trouble updating to the newest phone software, I have an iPhone 5C and upgraded from a 4 if that helps, and my phone is taking a very long time to restore and backup everything, so therefore I can't install the new update, it has been over a week and it's starting to frustrate me a little bit. I did spend time talking to Apple Support but I stupidly failed to mention that the iCloud Backup Button was Grayed Out as well, so that may be a problem and I so he probably assumed everything was fine for me to go ahead on my phone



Also I can't delete my old iPhone backup either even though the phone had been reset and taken by Apple.



Hope that makes some sense, any ideas on what I can do?
