Transfer purchased sone to a new PC ?

From iTunes on my old XP pc I can access a song I bought from the iTunes store.

I added a new PC (with Win 8) and installed iTunes with the same Apple id and password.



What do I have to do to be able to play my iTunes songs on the new PC? I don't see them there now.
