What is wrong with my iPhone?!

Hi Guys!



My iPhone 6 has been acting up lately and I’m not sure why…I bought it in September when it came out and now it has a whole list of problems.

Can someone take a look at my phones history and try to figure out what I can do? Here’s screenshots I took of the phones history on Itemtopia.
