I've recently bought a new Dell XPS 13 with USB 3.0 ports and am having a hard time getting it to recognize and sync my old iPod Classic (as well as my old iPod Touch and my iPhone 6).
Is it possibly the USB 3.0 or some unrelated issue that is causing the problem?
