iPad apps not receiving internet signal

I am having a problem with my apps, my Facebook app and google chrome app are losing internet signal. The messenger works and for the first time the Tapatalk works. But lately even when the Internet on I my house and on other computers, the signal has a hard time with the apps. Why is this happening?
