iPod Touch (4th Gen - 16GB) iTunes syncing ENTIRE library HELP

Hi and I'm new here. I also have an iPhone 4S (purchased within the last year, previously owned a 4 purchased used).



I bought the iPod 4th Gen (16GB) back in 2010 for my new born and baby music to use with an iHome player for the nursery.



I've taken it back and removed all baby music, however, everytime I download a new app for my iPhone, it shows up on my iPod. UGH



How do I put a stop to this?!



Also, how do I delete apps off my iPod?? It appears I can't simply touch and hold and wait for the X like on my iPhone.



Also, I do not have a computer/laptop at the moment. My old laptop crashed and I'm waiting for my taxes to come in.
