I bought two 160GB iPod Classics in October last year and have been using Media Monkey to put music on them. However, both of them eventually froze and had to be sent back for repair/replacement. Upon receiving back two relpacements, it wasn't long before they both had to be returned again for the same reason. Is it possible Media Monkey is causeing this? Whilst it is true that both the iPods I originally bought were refurbished, it seems incredibly unlucky that I should be experienceing this level of breakdown. If memory serves me correctly, two of the four freezes happened when I plugged the machines into my laptop (Media Monkey would have been running at the time).
