Question Setting Up New iPhone 6

Just got my first smart phone. On my son's Verizon plan.



I've gotten to the question that asks do I want to set up an iCloud account?



I figure I will want to do this, but for the time being I was wondering if I answer "no" now can I change this later and create an iCloud account?



I have iTunes on my iPad, but my iTunes on my PC is messed up - the new version won't load. So, for now, I'd prefer to just skip the cloud business, get my iTunes working again on the PC, and then get everything synched up.



Good idea? Or bad?
