4 Ipods one Laptop, How to sync all of them?

I have a 1 Shuffle, 1 Nano and 2 Classics. I have a truck load of music and I want to sync with all 4 Ipods with the same Laptop. Is this possible or would I have to partition the Hard Drive for each Ipod? Any tips/tricks would be appreciated.
