Volume Adjustment of Songs

I fiddle around with the volume adjustment on my songs (right click > get info > options > volume adjust). In the past, I've set the adjustment to 100%. Every song I individually look at is at that level currently. I want to adjust it down to "None." Every time I do that, whether collectively doing songs as a group or doing it individually, it allows me to slide the bar back down to None, press the OK button, but then when I right click to check if it has adjusted, the volume adjustment bar shows as 100% again.

Any ideas? Is it a bug and I just need to update iTunes?

I'm using iTunes v12.0.3.44 (64 bit).
