Nano 7th Gen. and Car Cigarette Charging

Can you use a car's cigarette lighter connection to recharge the Nano? The newer cars have USB connections that work fine, but my car has no USB. Was hoping to purchase a cigarette lighter plug with a USB access, then connect the Nano 7th Generation Ipod to the car that way to keep the Nano charged.



Will any cigarette connector work or must you use one expressly built for the Ipod or Nano?
