Can thin iPod 120 GB have hard drive upgraded to 240 GB?

Just bought a "7th Gen" 129 GB ipod on eBay, but my existing ipod has a 160 GB hard drive and is also 7th gen, i.e. thin.

Will I be able to put the 160 GB hard drive into the 120 GB ipod?
