Someone else is using my email address as their email to log into itunes store. This started a long time ago, but I use a different email address so I didn't really worry about it. I guess Apple didn't verify email address back when it was made. But I want to use that email with my account, but it is already in use. How do I remove who ever is using it now?
I clicked the lost password and changed the password and I can see all the person's information. They haven't purchased anything since 2012. Their last name is the same as mine and they live in Texas.
Is there anyway to remove them so I can use this email? I have looked online but I don't see where anyone who has had this problem and has been able to get it resolved.
