A strange thing is happening in iTunes on my Mac. Every couple of days, several hundred songs (the same ones every time) re-select themselves in iTunes. Then I have to select them all to right-click and de-select them. There is no rhyme or reason as to when and why this happens.
The support folks at Apple suggested a new installation of iTunes, a new libary, and an upgrade to El Capitan. I did all of these things and it's still happening.
My itl file is on my Mac in Music as it should be. My media is all on an NAS. There literally have been no changes to the system to make this happen except for any upgrades of iTunes and I don't know which one this started happening on.
Anyone else having this problem and have a solution?
