Finally, I find a way out which is by using Apowersoft iPhone/iPad Recorder to mirror iOS Devices to Windows/Mac, and then make the screen recording. The audio from the phone can also be captured. And this program also allows for taking screenshots.
Tips: This application does not require jailbreaking your devices or using any lightning cables. Simply set your iPhone and computer in the same Wi-Fi network, then you can use it.
