AirDrop does not work

My wife and I each have iphone 5.

Each have IOS 7

Are obviously in each other's contact list

Are both on the same wifi network at home

Each have Bluetooth enabled

Each have "contacts only" selected for AirDrop in control center



AirDrop does not recognize each other



Am I missing anything?
