Numbers-using spreadsheets OFFLINE

I have some Excel Spreadsheets fialry large with 6000 names and 4 fields for each.



I want to beable to edit and sort OFFLINE when I dont have WIFI





I have an IPAD 4 w 64GB.



Can I do this with Numbers?
