Cdda 99%

Hi, I've been using aucdtect to analyse my lossless audio files, most say 100% but now again a few will say 99%. I've read elsewhere that if the result is 95-99% I need to check the spectrum analyzer, indicating something could be wrong, however I wouldn't know what I'm looking for on those charts. Is the 99% CDDA result a big issue/error, requiring me to re-rip or is the result an estimation and therefore flexible to margins of error. Any help or info on this would be appreciated.
