Apple Lightning to 30-Pin Adapter-- No Data?

I'm looking for 2 things:



I have the iPhone 5s, and an iPod Nano (model in sig). I saw an Apple branded Apple Lightning to 30-Pin Adapter, but people on amazon reported it was flimsy, only good for charging, and not good for data transmission.



Anyone recommend such a piece of hardware??



2. Also, looking for Dual USB port wall adapter for charging. I have plenty of Apple Single port wall charger/adapters, but unsure of any that are good as a dual port.
