Which media player do you use on Mac?

Hi guys,



I just switched from Windows to OS X, I bought a new MacBook Air and love it very much. I'm wondering what kind of video/music players I could use. I wanna play FLAC and many other formats like MKV WMV MP4 APE MP3 AAC etc. It would be better if it is free.



I used VLC on my PC but I heard that it always crashes on Mac :(



Any advice?
