I’m trying to get some insight to help me do better work, and I was wondering if you could take a second to answer a few quick questions.

1. Do you hire freelancers or outside firm for transcription services?


2. If so, what did you like/dislike about the process? Did they deliver everything you need?


3. Would you hire them again (If yes, why? If no, why?)
