iPod Classic recognized by Computer not iTunes

So I've got an iPod 7th Generation, that works and syncs great with other computers, doesn't sync with my main computer. It is being detected in Device Manager just fine. I have tried cleaning out the connector, reinstalling iTunes, switching drivers, formatting my iPod, and different cables. I'm really out of ideas so hit me up with new ones.

Edit: Also tried looking at process explorer to see if anything is using the iPod, nothing else.

Edit2: Also tried another iPod and it works fine on computer that is broken
