I'm using Windows.
I know how to create a new iTunes library (holding shift when you open iTunes). I was wondering if there was a way to display multiple libraries at the same time (like you can see multiple playlists on the left at the same time). I essentially want to have one library that contains all my music that's on one hard drive and another library that is clear so I can do all my tagging and editing.
The reason why I'd like to do this is because I can clearly see the mp3s that I'm editing (instead of them being added to my library and being lost in the list because I don't know what the tagging of a new mp3 looks like).
Alternatively, could I manage "two separate iTunes windows". It'd also be nice to have my iTunes library displayed on one of my monitors at all times.
Any ideas? If I can't do multiple simultaneous libraries, is there any other solution to this?
