Not able to install this app.

Hey! I'm a new user of iPhone 6s Plus and I'm not able to install this app in my iPhone. I found this app on the website of Mortgages.ca, Toronto. It could be really helpful for me as I'm mostly engaged with mortgage calculations. My friend who is using the same iPhone is able to use this app perfectly. But I keep getting a message saying you are not allowed to install this app. Why is it so? Is something wrong with the settings? Need a solution.
