HELP !! Since upgrading from iPhone 5 to an SE, any pictures (all formats) sent from my desktop computer (WIN 10 Pro using 2012 Live Mail) are received on the iPhone as MIME files, which cannot be opened on the phone. I've spent over an hour on the phone with Apple support, and days surfing the internet trying to solve the problem.
Anyone had this problem and solved it? I had no problems before upgrading from the iPhone 5. My husband, who has same iPhone (SE) and computer setup (WIN 10 pro) has no trouble at all receiving or sending pics with his phone. Of course, his was not upgraded ... it was a new (factory set) phone. My phone was upgraded with my files saved to my iCloud account.
I'm worn out troubleshooting this problem. Surely I am not the only person on the planet who's encountered this problem!
