Stick two songs together even on Shuffle?

Is there a way to make one song play immediately after another, even on Shuffle? For instance, if Shuffle randomly plays "Comfortably Numb" can I make it play "Run Like Hell" next when "Run Like Hell" is next in the playlist/library?
