Can I post a link to my forums?

I'm trying to get members for my forums which is for general discussion but also has a tech focus. I was a regular member here years ago and I want to come back, just so people don't think I only registered for this purpose. I am trying to find ways to promote it with like-minded indivuduals.



I read the rules that say no commercial advertising. My site makes zero money and I am not looking to make money from anyone here.



I will await permission first though.
