iPhone 5S showing wrong location

I've been having a weird issue the last month or so. My iPhone 5S, running iOs 8 has been showing the wrong location in various When using Instragram, or Instaplace, and some other apps. The phone is showing that I'm in the Mediterranean sea area. Very weird, since Im in Las Vegas. LOL I can't get the phone to reset to my correct area. Facebook shows my correct area, as do some other apps.



Anyone have an issue like this, and know how to fix it? Restarting the phone didn't help at all, Not did doing a hard reset by holding down the sleep/wake button and home button.
