Hey Guys,
I'm having trouble understanding how to do a couple of things that were extremely easy in all previous iterations of iTunes.
I'm using Windows 7
1. How do you eject a device safely? I used to be able to do it on the sidebar on the left by highlighting the device and right clicking and ejecting. Yes, technically I can close the iTunes application and go through the normal ejecting hardware safely on the taskbar, but I used to be able to do it via iTunes. The way I described seems to add an extra step for no reason when you were able to do it before through the app. I want to eject it safely because of the fact that I did experience an issue that destroyed my old iPod as a result of not ejecting it safely.
2. When adding art to the tag of a song (or multiple songs), I used to be able to copy it from Google/Photoshop and paste it into the tagging window. This functionality seems to be gone (unless I'm missing something). Now it forces you to upload a picture via the "Add Artwork" button and browsing through your explorer for a picture file. Again a minor inconvenience, but not sure why they would take this functionality away (unless it was using a lot of resources or something). Does anyone know a way around this?
Thanks in advance for your help.
