iPad 4 with an iOS 6.1.3 flashes strange error message

iPad 4 with an iOS 6.1.3 flashes strange error message. Tried restoration but getting an error 1611



I have an iPad 4 which has an iOS 6.1.3. It was working fine till last sunday. I don't know, what happened to it but when i Open it now, it flashes the below given error message:



AppleBCMWLANConfigManager::gatherParameterData(): AWDL is not supported.

AppleBCMWLANCore:start(): Starting with MAC Address: <<<mac address>>>

AppleBCMWLANCore::apple80211Request(): Rejecting ioctl 80, error 61 (state 0x20)

AppleBCMWLANCore::setPowerStateGated(): powerState 1, fStateFlags 0x20, dev 0x83ab4000 (this 1, provider 0)

AppleBCMWLANCore::setPowerStateGated(): Received power state change before driver has initialized, ignoring



I also tried to restore the device but got an error 1611.
