iTunes has randomly set itself to wrong language (Dutch)

Any ideas about how to change iTunes (11.1.3.8) display language back to UK English? I've worked through the Dutch equivalent of Edit>Preferences>General>Language> English (United Kingdom) (all options in this Language drop down menu at the bottom are in Dutch, so can only choose the Dutch equivalent of English (UK). Have then closed and re-opened iTunes, and even rebooted my PC (running Windows 7), but the iTunes display language remains stubbornly in Dutch.



I know I haven't updated iTunes to latest version, but do not want to do this as attempting to install it caused Windows errors that forced me to use system restore.



Any help appreciated.
