Hi,
I have a 5th gen iPod classic and have been using copytrans manager for years without issue. (I much prefer this over iTunes, as I like the flexibility).
However, some months ago, I plugged the iPod into the laptop and *something* happened because suddenly all my album artwork disappeared. I have close to 2,000 albums on it, and all the artwork has gone.
My question is this: is there a failproof way of adding album art to an mp3's ID tags? And if so, what software would do this so that it would be permanently embedded in the actual file?
A lot of the artwork I had edited within copytrans manager itself, and I thought that by doing that, I was inputting the artwork to the mp3 file. Obviously I am wrong.
Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.
