Ripping using iTunes 11.x or LAME/EAC?

It's been a while since I asked this and an iTunes revision since too



I have iTunes 11.0.2.26, I also have EAC and LAME for 192 VBR encoding/ripping of songs from my CD.



How good is iTunes 11 for ripping? Am I better off sticking with EAC/LAME ?
